It’s what our country needs right now (It’s what our world needs right now). “I Thank God for You” is a unique, endearing bedtime ritual which tucks our little ones into bed with that feel-good, secure feeling. Your kids will actually look forward to bedtime. It’s a fun way to pray together (without having to force prayer). “I Thank God for You” is jam-packed with positive messages that are so important to instill into the hearts and minds of our loved ones at a very young age. There is a little girl version and a little boy version to choose from. Also included are 2 versions of my original song (a daytime version and a bedtime version).

I wrote “I Thank God for You” back when my now-adult kids were very little. I tried to have it published way back then. An agent thought long and hard about representing me, but in the end, she didn’t think it would “survive the competition.” I’ve always believed in this book so I self-published it when I was able to afford to do so. As described in my “Book Release Party” journal here, I sold over 500 books on my own. It’s time for me to take this further … There are many, many people who could benefit from its messages (both kids and adults).
A very good friend of mine recently said “It’s an phenomenal book … with a religious title.” I think he may have meant there’s so much more to the book than what the title indicates. This is true – There are many other messages in the book besides being grateful. However, society has somehow found a way to make people feel they have to tiptoe around the mere mention of God. Admittedly, there was a time when I thought I could sell a lot more books if I entitled the book “I Thank My Lucky Stars for You.” I didn’t have to think too long about it and I stayed true to myself … I’m very glad I did.
Here is a glimpse of how effective the bedtime version is. I only asked these kids to lie down when I did (but they actually stayed lying down throughout the rest of the song!):

Hi Rose, I want to let you know that I absolutely love your book. I met you at Indian Hills a couple weeks ago and loved your band and music. I bought your book, but when I got home and read the book to my granddaughter, I realized that it was truly meant for a granddaughter b ter who has a mom tucking her in at night. Raelynn is my beautiful 28 month old granddaughter and it is my son, Ben who is a single father and cares for her 24/7 and reads to her. Ever thought of writing a book with the father figure?
